Maple Tree and Plumbing Issues
For years, there was this tree in my yard that the roots really kept giving me issues in my plumbing. They’d grow into the pipes or would cause something to be pushed against it so much that it would break and water would go everywhere. I got sick of having to call a plumber every few years, so I looked for tree removal in Asheville to see if someone would come and remove this tree. I found someone who came out and took a look at it.
My biggest problem with the tree was that it was a huge maple. I didn’t know if it was possible to remove such a large tree. The tree service I contacted gave that tree a once over and said they could remove it no problem. I had no idea how that was going to work out, it was huge! The day they were to come and take the tree, they arrived really early in the morning and started at the top and cutting limps. I got a better idea on how this process would work since I started to see it was going to be a little by little process. After they removed the little limps, they started to work on the larger and thicker limps until they were down to the trunk of the tree. Again, they went little by little and taking off one foot sections and then loading them into the back of their truck.
When they were down to the roots, they asked me if I wanted them to dig up the roots and cut them so they will stop growing. I wasn’t really sure because that seemed like a lot of work for them to do. It actually wasn’t that hard for them, they dug a few small holes and cut the roots with no problem what so ever. At the end of the day, the tree was removed and I couldn’t be more thrilled that I no longer have to deal with that tree causing me plumbing issues.
